GARRY NKOMBO COUNSELS LUBINDA OVER BILL 10

Mazabuka Central Member of Parliament Garry Nkombo has urged justice minister given Lubinda to stop issuing statements on the constitutional amendment Bill number 10 of 2019.
Mr. Nkombo says this is because the speaker of the National Assembly still awaits for a ruling from the speaker of the National Assembly Patrick Matibini on the point of order that the law maker had raised during the debates over the bill.
And Mr. Nkombo says Mr. Lubinda’s utterances on undermines Dr. Matibini’s authority.
In the past few months, Mr. Lubinda has been seen going round provinces and having press briefings talking about the progression of the Bill.
In his latest press briefing held on Friday, Mr. Lubinda disclosed that the Bill will not be withdrawn.
