General Education Minister David Mabumba’s Naked Video Leaked On Social Media

A video has gone viral in which a man resembling Education Minister David Mabumba is seen fondling his genitals.

The video which is muted appears to have three different scenarios.

In one scene, Hon David Mabumba is seen inside a house fondling himself while in the other, he is outside a house.

The man is also seen while in a car in which he continues with his fondling of genitals antics.

Efforts to get Mr Mabumba to explain whether he is the man in the video have failed.

Zambia is a Christian nation and in March every year, the President is commanded to report to Parliament on progress on morals, values and principles.
