He vowed that security agents would not relent until the couple seen in the viral video having “an animal behaviour” were apprehended and prosecuted to serve as an example.
“We will soon apprehend the young lady and her boyfriend who have been involved in this criminal barbaric act,” says the police source.
The video which is trending on social media of a couple having an “animal behaviour” is said to have been recorded in Lusaka, this was according to a report by faith.
